In the Plan section, you manage the scheduling of your topics. Here, you can immediately see which topics you're publishing stories on, on which channels, and at what time. This way, you can always keep an eye on topics and posts for social media channels in the chronological order view.

The core function of the Plan tab is planning and providing an overview of topics and posts in chronological order. You can choose from various planning views.
Depending on the selected view, the header offers additional, different setting options. See the description of scheduling in the calendar , title, or list view for more information.

The plan menu bar
The menu bar is located on the left side of the screen.
You can expand or collapse the menu bar by clicking on the hamburger icon ☰.
In the menu bar of the Plan tab, you can limit the number of topics visible in the content area using two filters. One allows you to perform a title search, and the other allows you to restrict the view of topics to the intended publication channels.
Filter topic titles
Limit the display to those topics that contain the text entered in the search field.
- Click on the Topics text input field in the menu bar.
- Enter at least three characters, which must be included in the topic title.
- Click the Search button.
Restrict by publishing channel
Limit the display to those topics that provide stories for the selected channel.
You can select multiple publishing channels at once. All topics that use at least one of these channels will then be displayed (OR operation).
- Click on one or more entries in the channels list in the menu bar.
→ The display of the row(s) changes from gray to colored/black. - Click the Search button.
For example, to search for all topics for which YouTube or Instagram posts are intended and which contain the year “2022” in the title:

- Click the Reset button.
→ The entries in the Topics search field and the selection of publication channels are deleted.
The header in the plan content area
Depending on the selected view, the header offers different settings. See the description of scheduling in the calendar , title , or list view for details.
Change view
There are three options for the display type: calendar, title or list view.
Open calendar view
- Click the Calendar View icon to display the calendar view.
→ The calendar view is displayed in the content area.
Open title view
- Click the Title View icon to display the title view.
→ The title view is displayed in the content area.
Open list view
- Click the List View icon to display the list view.
→ The list view is displayed in the content area.
Create new topic
You can create a new topic in the header of the content area.
- Click the New Topic button in the header of the content area.
→ The topic editing window opens.
The footer in the plan content area
In title view and list view, a footer is displayed in the content area.
Set the number of hits per page
The footer of the content area on the left shows how many hits your current menu bar setting results in – possibly in conjunction with the full-text search or other filters.
- On the right side of the footer, select how many hits should be displayed in the content area at the same time.
Go to another results page
- Scroll forward or backward through the results pages by clicking on one of the arrows in the navigation field in the middle of the footer.
Or select one of the pages directly.
