You can perform a title search, and you can also restrict the view of topics to the intended publication channels. More information on this can be found on the overview page for the Plan tab .
The header in the plan list view
At the top of the content area is the header of the plan list view. Here you can change the planning view (calendar, title, or list view), create a new topic, or specify a date within the topic period.
Open list view
- Click the List View icon to display the list view.
→ The list view is displayed in the content area.
Create new topic
You can create a new topic in the header of the content area.
- Click the New Topic button in the header of the content area.
→ The topic editing window opens.
Set validity date
A date picker for the validity date of the time window appears in the middle of the header. Here, you can select a day that falls within the time range of the topics to be displayed. All topics that begin earlier than the day, start on the day, and end on or after the day will be displayed.
- Click on the date picker
and select a day from the date picker pop-up.
→ All topics that have the selected day within their duration are listed.
Double arrows appear on either side of the date picker. Clicking on them moves the date back or forward one week.
Topics in list view
Each topic is displayed in a separate, gray table row. Each row contains the following information and options:
1: the thumbnail (a preview or placeholder image) for the topic,
2: the title of the topic,
3: the number of available media assets for use in the stories,
4: the period of the topic,
5: the number of stories already created,
6: the publishing channels (as icons) for which stories can be created or have already been created, and
7: the editor of the topic.
The topic's thumbnail appears at the beginning of the row. As you hover the mouse over the row, the thumbnail image dims and the Add to Favorites , Edit , and Delete buttons appear.

Add or remove topic to favorites
You can use the star icon to add the topic to your favorites.
- Click on the Add to Favorites icon
→ The topic has been added to your favorites.
The star icon will turn orange. Clicking it again will remove the topic from your favorites.
Edit topic
The pencil icon takes you to the topic editing window .
- Click the Edit button
→ The topic editing window opens.
Delete topic
You can delete the topic using the trash can icon.
- Click on the Delete icon
→ After a security query, the topic will be removed.
In the penultimate column, next to the megaphone icon, you'll see the number of stories for the topic. To see more information about the stories, simply hover your mouse over this indicator. An overview of the stories will pop up, displaying the publication time, title, and channel (as an icon) in a single line of text.
The footer in the plan list view
Set the number of hits per page
The footer of the content area on the left shows how many hits your current menu bar setting results in – possibly in conjunction with the full-text search or other filters.
- On the right side of the footer, select how many hits should be displayed in the content area at the same time.
Go to another results page
- Scroll forward or backward through the results pages by clicking on one of the arrows in the navigation field in the middle of the footer.
Or select one of the pages directly.
