Select publication channel
Under the Publishing Channel heading, you can select the channel through which the story will be published. Only one publishing channel can be selected for each story. The available channels were previously determined via the settings in the topic editing window . Stories cannot be created for deactivated channels.

Click on the channel for which you want to create the story.
→ The icon of the selected channel is displayed in color. -
Click the Save button.

Clicking a selected icon again deactivates it. The icons of deactivated channels are grayed out.
Story displays are color-coded. Selecting the publishing channel automatically determines the background color for the story display. In a tile display, you can easily identify the publishing channel by the background color of a story tile. For example, all Facebook stories have a blue background.
Set release date
Schedule a date for the story to be published here. You specify this time by entering the date and time in the corresponding input fields.

Enter the publication date in the corresponding input field, or alternatively select a date from the pop-up calendar (click on the calendar icon
).
- Enter a time in the hour and minute fields.

Click the Save button.

Add or remove tags
Tags ("keywords," "labels," or "keywords") can be used for various purposes, such as in search functions. You can add any tags to the story using the tag input field.
Add tags
- Click Add Tag and press Enter.
- Type in your day.

Press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard.
→ The tag has been added and is visible as a label below the input line. -
Click the Save button.

Remove tags
- Click the x next to the tag you want to remove.

Add notes
You can also add longer notes or personal annotations to the story as a note in the Notes text input field. You can enter and edit your text just like in a traditional text editor.
- Click in the Notes input field and then type your comments.

You can increase the height of the field if you want to have a better overview of your notes or if you do not use the vertical scroll bar.

Position your mouse pointer over the bottom right corner of the input field.
→ The mouse pointer becomes an up and down arrow. - While holding down the left mouse button, drag the lower boundary line of the input field to the desired height.
