Assets can be edited at any time in the inventory and screening area.
Hover over an asset and click on one of the icons to use the respective asset function.

Edit asset
The asset dialog has two tabs
- General information
- Link to content
which provide various fields for editing the asset.

Editing option through the fields
- Title (name of the asset)
- number
- Description
- Keywords
- Keywords
- URL
The URL field is only available if a URL has been stored for the asset. The URL can be copied using the Copy function.
Link to content
Here, content linked to the asset can be displayed and edited. It is possible

Link new content
- Select the content type from the drop-down menu
- Enter a search term in the search bar and click the search icon
- Click on the link symbol
→ The linked content is marked green in the list.
Unlink content
The current shortcuts are displayed at the top of the wizard. To remove the shortcut
- Click on the unlink icon → The link will be removed
Upload/delete video to AWS S3 storage
To upload a video to AWS S3 storage, select “ AWS S3 Bucket ” as the storage location.
Update URL
- Click on the link symbol
→ The Update URL wizard is displayed - Adjust the URL
- Click on
→ The URL is adjusted; the wizard is no longer displayed

Download Asset
- Click on the download icon
→ The video asset is downloaded and opened
Open Asset in Screening
- Click on the link symbol
→ The asset is displayed and selected in the Screening tab, so that you can start screening directly
Drag & Drop to Clipboard
Any number of assets can be dragged and dropped from the search/filter to the SHIELD clipboard, making them directly available for screening. A counter at the top of the clipboard indicates how many assets are currently cached. The clipboard can be accessed in the Screening tab.
- Click and hold the drag & drop icon
- Drag the asset to the clipboard area and release the mouse
→ The asset is saved to the clipboard

Context menu
Favorites
In the "Screening" tab, you can open the "Favorites" source area. It lists all assets marked as favorites.
The asset can be removed via the context menu " Remove from Favorites ".
Shield Reports
The screening reports of previous screenings of an asset can be accessed via the context menu by selecting the item "Shield Reports." The reports are then displayed in a table and can be opened using the icon can be downloaded.
