    Calendar view for channels

    Header

At the top of the content area is the header of the channels calendar view. Here you can change the channels view , change the time frame of the display, or move it forward or backward in time.

    Set time window

The content area displays stories scheduled for publication within a specific time period. You can select the display period in the header on the right: 1 day , 7 days , 30 days , or 3 months .

    • Click on one of the time periods on the right side of the header.
→ The selected time period becomes the time window in the content area. The active tab is underlined in orange.

    Move time window

A date picker for the start date of the set time window is displayed in the center of the content area header.
If the time frame is set to 30 days or 3 months , double-arrow buttons appear to the right and left of the date selector. These allow you to move the start date back or forward by one week. For the 1-day and 7-day time frames, a single arrow moves the start of the time frame by one day.

    • Click on the date picker and select a start date for the display time window from the date picker pop-up.
→ The time window is set to the selected start date.

    Channels

In the calendar view, the publishing channels are displayed row by row in the content area. The start and end dates for the time window set for viewing are displayed above the rows.
Each row represents a channel and contains the stories scheduled for that channel, listed from left to right, in ascending chronological order. At the beginning of each row is the channel logo and the option to log in or out of the corresponding account.

Log in to accounts and profiles

To publish your story more easily, you'll need to log in to your account once. You can then republish at any time without having to log in again for each story publication.

    1. Click on the Sign In button below the social platform logo, e.g., below the Twitter logo.

→ A new browser window opens with the platform's login page.
    2. Enter your personal login details for the platform as if you were logging into your account as usual.
→ You will see a confirmation page from CreateCtrl Websuite that you are successfully logged in.
    3. Close the confirmation message window.
→ You are logged in to the platform. You will see your username below the logo and the Logout button below it.

Once you see your profile name under the channel logo, clicking on the logo will take you directly to your profile's homepage.

By clicking on the Logout button you will log out of your account.

    Stories

Each story is displayed in the content area as a tile containing the following information:

1: a preview or placeholder image (thumbnail). As soon as the mouse pointer is within this image, the Edit , Delete , and Publish buttons appear.
2: the ID of the story,
3: the status of the story, indicated by the color of the status indicator,
4: the title of the story,
5: the editor of the story,
6: the title of the topic, which is also the button to open the topic editing window,
7: the deadline (date by which the story must be completed)
    8: the date of publication
8: and the star icon for marking the story as a favorite. Clicking this icon adds the story to your personal favorites list. The star will then be filled in orange; clicking it again will remove the story from your favorites.
