By activating this flag the commercial is set fix. The entered fix times are checked and overruled if necessary.
Example: If you schedule a commercial between two event segments, the fixed time is being overruled, if the prior event segment is to short because of the fixation and overlaps occur. the fixation is also overruled, if the remaining time would be two big in proportion to the event length.
