Tile view
If the TOPIC STORIES tab is activated, you'll see all the stories created for the topic you're currently editing. The stories are displayed in a tile view. Each tile represents a story and contains several features and information.
Story displays are color-coded. You can easily identify the respective publishing channel by the background color of a story tile. For example, all stories for YouTube have a light red background.
A tile contains the following elements:
![]() |
1: Preview or placeholder image for the story 2: Add to Favorites icon. You can use this to add or remove your story from the favorites list. 3: Edit icon. Clicking this pencil icon takes you to the story editing window . 4: Delete icon to remove the story 5: Title of the story 6: Status of the story, either “In Preparation”, “Approved”, or “Published” 7: Output channel (shown as an icon, for example, Instagram). The channel can also be identified by its background color. 8: Story editor 9: Time of story publication 10: Deadline for completing the story |
The last tile on the page has a gray dashed border and is empty except for a plus sign in the center. This allows you to add a new story to the topic.
