The TOPIC CHAT tab
You can connect your internal company chat system, such as Microsoft Teams, with WebSuite Topics. A topic can then be discussed and developed further within the team in your familiar chat environment. Media can also be shared in the chat room. After selecting the TOPIC CHAT tab in the topic editing window, you can view the chat for the currently open topic under the heading "Chat History for Topic." To do this, you simply need to create a chat group for your topic once, and you can then access the current status of the chat at any time.
Open a topic chat group
You can access the chat system connected to WebSuite. The "Topics" chat group will then open (or, if necessary, create a new one). A new discussion channel will be opened within the group, which will automatically be named the same as the title of your current topic.

In the topic chat area, click the Open Chat button.
Update topic chat history
In the topic chat window, you can see the history of the external chat system, as well as the media shared in the chat. You can access the current status of the external chat at any time.

Click the Refresh button in the Topic Chat area.
