    Topic planning information

    Planning information

    Under the Scheduling Information heading , you can specify which channels you want to publish stories to .
    Each topic has a limited period of time during which the associated stories can be published. You define this period by setting a start and end date for the topic .
    Tags ("keywords," "labels," or even "keywords") can be evaluated for various purposes, for example, in search functions. You can add any tags to the topic using the tags input field.
    Using the notes text input field, you can also add longer comments or personal remarks to the topic as a note .

    Select channels for publication

    Clicking on a channel icon to activate/deactivate the corresponding channel. Deactivated channels are grayed out. Stories cannot be created for deactivated channels.

    1. Click on the channels for which you want to create stories. 

      → The icons of the channels you have selected and made available are displayed in color.
    2. Click the Save button.

    Clicking on a selected icon again deactivates it.

    Set publication period

    1. Enter a start and end date in the corresponding input field, or alternatively select a date from the pop-up calendar (click on the calendar icon ). 
    2. Click the Save button.

    Add or remove tags to the topic

    Add tags

    1. Click Add Tag and press Enter.
    2. Type in your day.
    3. Press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard. 

      → The tag has been added and is visible as a label below the input line.
    4. Click the Save button.

    Remove tags

    1. Click the x next to the tag you want to remove.
    2. Click the Save button.

    Add notes

    You can enter and edit your text in the Notes text input field like in any conventional text editor.

    1. Click in the Notes input field and then type your notes.
    2. Click the Save button.

    You can increase the height of the field if you want to have a better overview of your notes or if you do not use the vertical scroll bar.

    1. Position your mouse pointer over the bottom right corner of the input field.
      → The mouse pointer becomes an up and down arrow. 
    2. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the lower boundary line of the input field to the desired height.
