In the Channels tab, you can manage the distribution of your stories across multiple social platforms or linear media. This allows you to keep track of story publications at the same time and across multiple networks.
Trigger the publication of your stories here, eliminating the need to repeatedly log in and log in to your social media accounts. You only need to log in once, for example, to your Facebook account.
The channels menu bar
The menu bar is located on the left side of the screen.
You can expand or collapse the menu bar by clicking on the hamburger icon ☰.
In the menu bar of the Channels tab, you can limit the number of stories visible in the content area using various filters. For example, you can search by title or restrict the stories to a category. You can also limit the view to stories by a specific author. And you can use all of these filters in combination.
Perform story title search
- Click on the Search text input field in the menu bar.
- Enter at least three characters, which must be included in the story title.
- Click the Search button.
Select category
- Click the Category drop-down menu in the menu bar.
→ The drop-down menu opens. - Select an entry from the suggestions.
- Click the Search button.
Enter author
- Click on the Author text input field in the menu bar.
→ A drop-down menu opens. - Type the first few letters of the author's name you're looking for and then select from the suggested names in the dropdown menu.
- Click the Search button.
Reset search entries
To clear your story title search and category selection, click the Reset button.
To clear the author filter, click the x in the author name label.
The header in the channels content area
Change channel view
There are three options for the display type: calendar, title or list view.
Depending on the view, the header offers additional, different settings. See Calendar , Title, or List view for more information.
Open calendar view
- Click the Calendar View icon to display the calendar view.
→ The calendar view is displayed in the content area.
Open title view
- Click the Title View icon to display the title view.
→ The title view is displayed in the content area.
Open list view
- Click the List View icon to display the list view.
→ The list view is displayed in the content area.
Publish stories
You can trigger the publication of your stories in any of the three views in the content area.

In title view and list view, a footer is displayed in the content area.
Set the number of hits per page
The footer of the content area on the left shows how many hits your current menu bar setting results in – possibly in conjunction with the full-text search or other filters.
- On the right side of the footer, select how many hits should be displayed in the content area at the same time.
Go to another results page
- Scroll forward or backward through the results pages by clicking on one of the arrows in the navigation field in the middle of the footer.
Or select one of the pages directly.
