    Comprehensive asset search

    The inventory page provides a comprehensive

    • Search for assets and a
    • Research for content (series / episodes / versions / person / trailer / advertising) with a focus on their assigned assets

    with search functions and a wide range of filters. This provides a very good overview of the inventory (to be screened).

    Assets

    “Asset” is the default view in the inventory, accessible via button top left in the source area of SHIELD.

    The page is divided as follows:

    • Left area:
      • Selection of sources (i.e. switching between “Asset View”, “Content View”, folders, favorites and smart search)
      • Option to create assets
      • Number of hits
      • Clipboard
    • Middle area: Display of assets in
      • Title view or
      • List view
        with search and filtering as well as export function
    • Right: optionally the media player can be shown or hidden here.

    Title view

    The default title view displays the assets with context menu and title.

    The results display can be narrowed down by entering a search term (title/reference number). The button can be used to expand the display to show additional information for all assets (screening information, reference number, related content, title, etc.).

    Sorting the assets

    The respective display of assets can be adjusted according to certain criteria To do this, use the sorting option above the displayed assets, either descending or ascending .

    Excel export

    The current view of the assets can be exported using the Excel export button above the assets.

    List view of assets

    The "List View" button displays the assets in table format. Here, too, you can narrow down the results using the search function.

    The columns can be moved/resized manually or adjusted via the table properties.

    Table settings

    The table settings can be changed by clicking on the gear icon be called

    Attitude

    position Click and hold a row and drag the targets to the desired position
    Width (px)

    Click on the value in the Width(px) column and enter a desired width, or use the stepper to increase or decrease the width

    visibility

    Rows with visibility are displayed, rows with the visibility are not displayed. Click the icon to change visibility.

    Contents

    A search for content and related assets is possible via the source "Content" possible:

    On the right, the results window displays all content types that have linked assets.

    A distinction is made between:

    • Series
    • Episodes
    • Versions
    • persons
    • Trailer
    • Advertising

    The respective content types are displayed in different colors in the view.
    The number of hits is shown on the left under “Search results”.

    The results display can be narrowed down by entering a search term (title/reference number). In addition, by deactivating/activating content types, a search can be restricted to content types relevant to the user. To do so , activate or deactivate the orange buttons . For further filtering options in addition to the search, see Asset Filtering / SmartSearch.

    For each piece of content, general information such as title/country of production/year/duration, genre, and previous rating is displayed, as well as all assets linked to this content (here: version) (images, videos, etc.). An icon on the asset indicates whether it is a video asset or an image .

    Additionally, cast information and content texts are displayed, where available.

    Clicking Play will play the video for the content. A separate video player will open with a full-screen option and the most important asset information.

    If you want to start screening for an asset after research, you can do this by clicking on the “Open in Screening” button on the asset: SHIELD jumps to the Screening tab, the selected asset is displayed so that the screening can begin.

    Filtering the research view by content

    In the content area, the displayed content and its assets can be filtered, for example, by age rating, version type, genre, etc.

    Additional filter parameters can be added upon request.
